We hope everyone is doing well and getting settled in! We have gone through the maintenance requests indicated on the move-in inspection forms turned in so far. Please let us know if we missed you or if there is anything that was not completed. You are always welcome to submit a maintenance request through our website or by calling the office at 515-232-4765.
It's move out time already! For those of you who are moving out at the end of July, you should have received your move-out packets last week. If you did not get one or have misplaced it, just send us an email at rentshriver@gmail.com and we will send you another copy.
You also need to contact the office now to set up your check out appointment. Time slots are limited and filling up fast. Please call us at 515-232-4765 to set up your appointment today. Everyone must be out of their apartment by 12 noon on July 31st.
